N	Nathalie Simard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT WEARING A MASK AND 4 HOURS LATE: I needed them to move a couch from my parents to my place in Magog, 5 minutes away, easy job. They told me between 12:00 and 1:00, showed up at 4:00. I had to miss work that pm and couldn’t stay any longer to wait so my parents took over the move. They Went into my parents house without wearing a mask which is illegal. My father is at risk +++ ! My mother asked them to wear the mask and they told her they didn’t want to wear one! If I would have been there, I was so mad, I would have told them to leave and would have hired another company! Very bad experience with those guys!
G	George Papavassiliou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst moving company ever! Watch out they are a rip-off!! They packed our stuff and put garbage in all of the boxes. The boxes were in terrible condition, they either broke underneath or were taped poorly. We had broken glass and plates in a lot of boxes. Very poor telephone service. I do not recommend them to anyone, even to my worst enemy!! UPDATE: After having received our belongings from déménagement express we discovered a lot of our belongings that had value were missing and nowhere to be found. Worst experience ever!!! Crooks!!!

We subsequently have hired other movers from Sherbrooke and they are professional and kind. They all know these guys. They are infamous. See how they responded to my wife. Blame and insults. I’m interested to hear the spin they respond with.
M	Monica P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was called to change my original review by the owner. I feel like I had a very bad experience overall with this mover. In my opinion, my belongings could have been put in and out with better care as some had scratches and/or small dents afterwards. They sent a document before the move that stated they could disassemble and reassemble the furniture and if the client did it themselves the loss of pieces would not be their responsibility unless they did it themselves. They did disassemble most of my furniture and although I received most of my screws, there were still quite a few missing as well as some small black metal pieces that held the changing table onto a dresser; the furniture was not reassembled once it got to my house. I called to try to find the pieces but unfortunately my concerns were not resolved.

Argued about my move, refused to take things to the charity shop even though it had been agreed upon in the hiring process. Then when I said it could go to our storage locker, dismissed me, and said they wouldn’t remove it from our home because it was garbage. Head mover then proceeded to insult me to his boss and refused to let us speak because I was impossible, along with some other choice insults. At the end we were left with half a house full of stuff because the truck they brought couldn’t fit everything. At which point he blamed the lack of space on the fact that our furniture was too fragile to pack (antiques). I fired them and had them move our stuff into the shed. Then had to hire someone else to take away all the stuff for the charity shop. It cost me over 400$ for them to arrive late, insult me and leave me with a mess. Should note that the two gentleman helping the head mover were lovely. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
