La thermopompe qu'il nous a proposé est adapté à notre situation en plus d'être un bon rapport qualité/prix. L'installation a été faite dans un court délais. Danny a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur l'emplacement des unités intérieur et extérieur pour que ce soit pratique et esthétique. Nous sommes très satisfait du résultat final. Nous avons eu une super expérience avec l'équipe de KB Réfrigération. Following our online appointment request, Michel came very quickly to meet us on site. J'ai reçu beaucoup de conseils de sa part concernant les qualités des différents modèles et aussi sur comment bénéficier des subventions offertes. Je tenais à voir les modèles, et le propriétaire, Kevin Bruneau, m'a reçu à ses bureaux et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Je n'ai aussi que des félicitations pour l'équipe des installateurs ainsi que l'électricien, Hugo Carrier, pour un travail extrêmement soigné. A friend warmly recommended the representative at KB, Michel Brochu, and I was not disappointed. I wanted to see the models, and the owner, Kevin Bruneau, received me at his offices and answered all my questions. La thermopompe centrale nouvellement installée répond bien aux critères de réno-climat comme prévu. De plus, nous avons bénéficié d'explications nombreuses et claires lors de la soumission et de l'installation. Nous avons aussi apprécié les suggestions d'entretien et le temps que le technicien a pris pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la nouvelle thermopompe. Seul petit bémol, nous aurions apprécié qu'un peu plus d'attention soit porté à protéger le plancher lors de l'installation, puisque le métal de l'ancienne thermopompe a fait de petits trous dans notre revêtement de plancher neuf à quelques endroits. Ceci dit, nous avons eu un super service après-vente et une solution a été proposée pour apporter des corrections au plancher. Nous sentons que l'équipe a à cœur la satisfaction des clients ainsi que le soucis du travail bien fait. Bravo à l'équipe!? We appreciated the service very much. It was easy to reach the company both by phone and by email. The newly installed central heat pump meets the reno-climate criteria as expected. In addition, we benefited from numerous and clear explanations during submission and installation. We also appreciated the maintenance suggestions and the time the technician took to explain to us how the new heat pump works. Only small downside, we would have appreciated a little more attention to protect the floor during installation, since the metal of the old heat pump made small holes in our new floor covering in a few places. That said, we had great after-sales service and a solution was offered to make corrections to the floor. We feel that the team takes customer satisfaction and a job well done to heart. Kudos to the team!?
