I asked for a technician familiar with heated floors ( water ) and they said no problem....sent me a technician who looked at my system for 2 minutes and said...." you need a plumber" ( which he is not ). Then I received an invoice for $200. WHAT A RIP OFF ! I called twice to complain and they defend their position ...which is no position. I did not want a frigoriste.... I needed a technician that knew heated floors and how to fix the banging sound. They should have advised that they have no one that repairs heated floors.
