★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le vendeur nous à vendu quelques chose qui ne pouvais pas s'installer comme prévu. Personne n'est venu vérifier avant l'installation et une fois sur place, les installateurs ont constaté que ça ne pouvait pas se faire. Bref tout le monde a perdu son temps.
The seller sold us something that could not settle as expected. No one came to check before the installation and once there, the installers saw that it could not be done. In short, everyone wasted their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produits acheté en août et premier passage des techs début septembre. Quelques problèmes plus tard, notre climatisation est fonctionnelle en octobre. Le froid arrivé en octobre, on se rend compte qu'on ne peut plus chauffer du tout avec notre fournaise (bois et électrique). Le technicien revient (2 semaines plus tard, donc 2 semaines à avoir froid les matins...) et se rend compte qu'ils ont brisé la carte qui contrôle la fournaise.
On est en novembre, je peux chauffer électrique, mais pas au bois... Super pratique quand il manque d'électricité et je n'ai pas hâte de voir ma prochaine facture d'Hydro :(
Deux cartes brisées plus tard, le problème n'est toujours pas réglé. Je dois encore courir après eux malgré le fait que je leur ai laissé des messages leur disant mes démarches à suivre (plaintes à l'office et mise en demeure).
Products bought in August and first pass of techs in early September. Some problems later, our air conditioning is functional in October. The cold happened in October, we realize that we can not heat any more with our furnace (wood and electric). The technician comes back (2 weeks later, so 2 weeks to be cold in the mornings ...) and realizes that they broke the card that controls the furnace.
It is November, I can heat electric, but not wood ... Super convenient when it lacks electricity and I can not wait to see my next Hydro bill :(
Two cards broken later, the problem is still not resolved. I still have to run after them despite the fact that I left them messages telling them my steps to follow (complaints to the office and formal notice).

Seul point à annoté : bien savoir où vous le voulez et vérifier l'emplacement de l'appareil extérieur. Sinon, ils le mettront là où ils veulent bien sans trop de logique esthétique. Mais sommes toute très bon choix de cie.
À suivre pour le service après vente. On croise les doigts ?

Only point to annotate: know where you want and check the location of the outdoor unit. Otherwise, they will put it where they want without too much aesthetic logic. But we are all very good choice of company.
Follow for after sales service. We cross our fingers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait appel à eux pour l'installation de thermopompe murale. Cette entreprise est du genre familiale. Nous avons été bien encadré et le représentant a beaucoup d'expériences. Les techniciens ont fait du bon travail, c'est vraiment clean! Ils ont bien compris ce que nous voulions. Pour nous satisfaire, ils ont dû aller sous notre galerie pour installer l'unité extérieure. Ils ne s'en sont jamais plaint. Parfois, leur ponctualité laissait à désirer, mais pour le travail qu'ils ont fait, je n'en ai pas fait de cas! Ils ont pris le temps de bien faire les choses et de nous expliquer. Merci à vous, nous sommes satisfaits.
We called on them to install a wall-mounted heat pump. This business is family-run. We were well supervised and the representative has a lot of experience. The technicians did a good job, it's really clean! They understood what we wanted. To satisfy us, they had to go under our porch to install the outdoor unit. They never complained about it. Sometimes their punctuality left something to be desired, but for the work they did, I didn't care! They took the time to do it right and explain it to us. Thanks to you, we are satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expérience catastrophique. Compagnie montréalaise qui ne comprend pas vraiment le concept du chauffage au bois ou des systèmes bi-energie.
Ils ont scrappé mon système existant et après 3 visites rien ne marche. Le technicien est parti en laissant un bric à braque de fils tout croche dans le panneau. Jugez par vous même sur la photo. Ils ne retourne pas les appels et je suis plus qu’écœuré de courir après eux.
Passez votre chemin!
Catastrophic experience Montreal company that does not really understand the concept of wood heating or bi-energy systems.
They scrapped my existing system and after 3 visits nothing works. The technician left leaving a bric-a-brace of threads quaver in the panel. Judge for yourself on the photo. They do not return the calls and I am more than sick of running after them.
