★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is incredible - very helpful and friendly. Location is great if you have a hospital stay at the university hospital, and is close to downtown. The common area kitchen is very well equipped, and everything is very clean and well kept in the rooms.
Definitely a hidden gem in Saskatoon. I'll be staying here any time I have business in Saskatoon. Very impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. We had a minor confusion (Lasted about 30 seconds) the first night and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that It was resolved. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. Proximity to RUH was our reason for coming in and it was nice being able to walk across the road to get to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to book a room for a week. I am disabled and have a service dog. I was told that I could not stay at Refresh Inn & Suites because they do not allow service dogs. Being discriminated against because I am disabled, has left me upset. I do not recommend Refresh Inn & Suites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was cool, happy that there was a kitchen that I could make my food in, the people at the front were nice but the house keeping.. 1 of the ladies we’re a little rude to my mom lmfao but it’s alright I had a good stay here, recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The housekeeper was really rude and always knocking on my girlfriends door and didn’t let us sleep.
The funniest thing was she got kicked out because they thought that she was smoking in her suite which was b.s. she collected those empties which someone was using as an astray.
I suggest that if you see a brunette working as a housekeeper working there don’t stay cause she will just find a way to get you into trouble.
It was one of the worst stays that I’ve ever experienced just a few friendly words for you don’t waste your time and money staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An unusual little hotel. There are apparently recovering hospital patients staying here, so there were more extensive health precautions that I've seen at other places. Also more security. The room was clean but basic.
