β β β β β Poorly managed. Management and staff donβt have good communication among themselves resulting to other peopleβs expense. These people should be retrained as they donβt have any business being there and providing βserviceβ if they canβt even deliver a simple βservice β that was already paid for. These people are very unhealthy to be surrounding students!! Unprofessional in all means!!!!! You donβt even deserve a single star in the reviews!! Itβs not just about your return policy that sucks, your commitment to serve is beyond unacceptable. Itβs not right to keep a person come back for their ordered goods to be passed on from one staff to another weeks and weeks and weeks and still nothing!

β β β β β Prices too high. Won't match third party prices on amazon.ca, books are always late coming in or they come in in an insufficient number, store credit on refunds only... I could go on. This does not have the Students interests as a priority.

β β β β β Staffs are friendly and always ready to help. Books are a bit overpriced but they do price match. I usually use the gift card I get to buy other kinds of gift cards like Starbucks and such. I feel really bad for the staffs who get so much attitude from the students. I've worked in retail and I know that insufficient stocks are usually a shipping problem and not an ordering problem so there's no one to be blamed. They're also waiting for the books like all the students. They don't deserve to be treated like everything's their fault.

β β β β β Been irritated and having issues with the library since last year, they never answered phones or emails. (Even before Covid) Couldnβt get ahold of anyone for help. Books are not badly priced, depending what your getting.
For curb side pick up they never give you the emails stating that your text book is there, or if it did say it is there they turn out not to be. I find there needs to be better communication phone and email wise.
I found out yesterday there was an email saying that the status of my book was ready and I go to the store to only have them tell me itβs being shipped to me instead.. ??ββοΈ
