★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recruiting in Motion seems to be different and more candidate focused than other recruitment agencies when you first meet them. However, when the recruiter realized that I wasn't a good fit for the role, I feel like I was just ignored and ghosted since I couldn't get any response to my messages and e-mails. You might be busy with filling a lot of different roles and communicating with different people. It is the nature of the business and totally understandable. You won't be fulfulling each candidate's dreams. A good courtesy and practice would be to respond to candidates and say that "I am sorry but it won't work out", it is that simple and totally fine. I had a bad experience and I was very disappointed.
