Over crowded, small aisles, empty shelves, staff was not helpful at all and rude customers. I get that it was a holiday weekend but jumping in front of other people and cutting them off how does that solve anything?

It's a very large store, so trips take a while, but the prices are excellent so it's worthwhile. The layout is pretty good, but certain items can still be tricky to find. Definitely worth getting the PC Optimum app to get discounts on your groceries; best points program around.
T	The Prepared Canadian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a great selection of items from health to different ethnic foods,meats,clothing..... that and some of the best prices are why I gave it a four star I would say the worst thing about it is check out can be pretty slow generally.

I was being helped by another cashier with an issue when Barbara cut into the conversation and said that it was not their fault I was overcharged and that someone already did a piece check on the item so they will honour it but they won’t apply scop. Superstore participates in scop so that is against policy and I asked about it. Barbara rudely told me that they will not apply scop and so I asked if I could see the tag. After the customer service people talked for about 10 minutes they finally honoured it. However, no one apologized for their mistake which is very unprofessional.
D	Donald Bresch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superstore in Steinbach has come a long way. In some cases it's good and in some not so good. The lack of a decent amount of Gluten Free products or the phasing out of them is the most frustrating because it then forces our family to go to Winnipeg instead ?. Overall though for regular groceries and everyday items it's a good place to shop.
A	Alannah Mckay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ APR/loss prevention team racially profiles and harasses Indigenous folks. Attempted to weaponize police when apr rep was in the wrong, apr was very hostile and unprofessional!!! Apr reps need cultural sensitivity training!!!!
K	KIKO CADORNA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just don’t like regent branch. When you shop in the afternoon or evening you will see most of vegetables and fruits empty. This is always like this. I don’t recommend this branch. I love the Gateway branch, coz employees there always replenish their stocks.
