★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem is with the drivers, not the pharmacy. Since Covid, they have never delivered on the day they were supposed to. They have lied about my buzzer not working, they have lied about saying I wasn't home when I was!! They are the worst and Superstore needs to hire a new delivery service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, if I could give anyone any advice. If you are someone that needs prescriptions filled on a regular basis DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
They loose prescriptions, they fill medications without authorization (NARCOTICS). Save yourself much stress. Just don’t go to superstore pharmacy! The cost savings is 0 (Zero) because you have to go to the store 3-4 times to pick up a prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have difficulties with this pharmacy all the time. They always have to order in 1 of my medications. They always deliver past 10pm when I need to do things that day like grocery shopping or shower. They always hang up on me so fast that it's so hard for me to say to deliver. I can't drive because I'm epileptic. Of all the phamaricies I've had, this is the worst one. I shouldn't have to always tell them to deliver, it should be in my file.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is clearly an issue of incompetence in regards to this pharmacy. On no less than 2 occasions my brother, a diabetic, has been forced to go days without his life saving medications as a result of the negligence of the employees of this pharmacy. There is no blaming shipment delays or delivery times. They openly admit to having not placed the order for his medication. When a patient places an order in person, then calls to confirm the order 2 days later, only to discover the medication wasn't ordered: you are left with a result that is nothing short of criminal neglect. Do not trust these incompetent rubes with your life or hard earned money. They will fail you.
