★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Type 1 diabetic here came in to buy insulin this evening and I hadto pay with change since i had no cash . The pharmacist by the name of korina, a blonde lady, started laughing I asked why are you laughing she said because it's all change she must think shes high and mighty talking down to a person with a disability I wonder if shed be laughing if she had to pay the moneyfor something that her body should naturally produce for 24 years straight. FTB she should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of your employees named Jessa was in the mall and suggested I ignore social distancing because I was next in line in the food court and didn't stand right up behind the girl ordering. Kept rudely telling me to move until I told her I'm not getting too close to the lady ordering. Maybe suggest to your team members that they shouldn't have their name tag on if they're going to go bossing around patrons in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone who goes here to shop for something should have great shopping was amazing i did comin out of the store happy day shoppers drug mart last night was great delt with jack was not sure what kind of distilled water to buy jack had showed me whitch was the best and than he gave me discount price instead of paying 4$ and 40cents i payed 3$ and 30cents because of jack :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know if they get alot of shoplifters or something, but the woman in cosmetics would not stop watching me the whole time I was there and then proceeded to follow me to the register and didn't go back to her counter until I started to scan my items. This was such an odd and uncomfortable experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i went to this location of shoppers drug mart and because am new in Winnipeg so at the cash counter i just asked for the pego card and she replied me but when I didn’t hear because of mask she screamed so loudly and it seemed so bad as well as funny too but i felt bad about it , how can you scream on your customer i request to the owner of this store that tell his or her cashier at front with short red hair that she should learn some manners and customer service skills so that people can’t find her stupid and mannerless. Have some respect of your customers. I never want to be served by that lady with short hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequent this shoppers and have always had great customer service whether it be at the check out or the ladies in the makeup/beauty department when I need to grab items for my wife. Very convenient as it’s connected to Kildonan Place mall. I had to dock a mark because sometimes when I call, it just keeps ringing and putting me on hold.
