★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great experience at this tire shop. Brought a new Toyota Tacoma in as I was wanting a better off road tire than the factory pavement pounders.
The staff were super knowledgeable. Settled on a Toyo All Terrain and I couldn't be happier. Super fast service and competitive with price point. Would not hesitate to take a new vehicle to this crew as they were professional and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a number of shops in Kelowna you can bring your vehicle in for servicing, and I've been to most of them. They just don't compare to the team here at Reach. I brought in my BMW 3 series for a service and tire changeover, couldn't be happier. They have a great location right off the highway and next to the Tim Hortons so I could relax with a coffee while my car was getting worked on.
It was done quick and right on point. Matt was great to deal with, communicated extremely well and really went the extra mile. I recommend you check them out before going anywhere else.

When I got there I was warmly greeted and they were extremely prompt with my service. I have been loving my new tires! I can not recommend Reach Tire enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager, Matt is an exceptional talent when it comes to business relations. Reach looks after our service fleet and we will continue to use them. They have the client's best interest at heart and they really seem to thrive on making customers happy. They will also come and change your tires wherever you are. No need to come to their shop if you don't have the time.

Fast and very professional. I love the mobile service. Can't go to them, they will come to you and add or swap your tires out. It 's the best service ever. I highly recommend Reach Tires in Kelowna for all your tires and oil changes needs. They rock!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used the mobile service to have my boat trailer tires changed. The service was spectacular, I called on a Monday, and 4 new tires were changed onto my boat trailer on Tuesday and I did not even need to be there. The price was very reasonable as well. I have found the tire shop I will be using from now on that is for sure. If anyone is searching for an amazing shop, this is the one.

They were able to not only get the tire for me but install it within half a day on a Saturday. They were very pleasant and helpful. I was so relieved that a place would be so kind to someone that isn’t a regular customer. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you!
