★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The transmission cooler on my cadillac blew apart from my radiator. I was quoted big money for the rapairs. Jolene and the technicians worked TIRELESSLY and ENDLESSLY on putting together quotes on ALL of the options i tried to take to save the car, but unfortunately the value of the car is only 50% of the total cost to repair. Sadly i had to purchase a new car, but regardless, they worked VERY hard for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passing through Kelowna on my way home near Edmonton. Bam! Something packed it in with the transmission on the Silverado. Towed the truck to their shop and they had me on my way in less than 24 hours!
Many thanks to Shawn and the crew at Kelowna Transmission. They really looked after me and it was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a recent trip from Vancouver to Kelowna the Transmission in our F350 started to overheat. On the recommendation of a shop in Vancouver we spoke to Randy and Ivar. Even though they were fully booked they managed to diagnose and repair the issue, which included flying in a part. They went above and beyond to help us out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ivar, Randy and the team at Kelowna Transmission exceeded my expectations when I brought my truck in for work a while back. They fixed issues with my transmission and kept to their estimated price for the work. They advised on things to consider down the road but never pushed to over sell me on work that wasn’t needed. It’s nice to have a shop you can trust that will fix your ride in a timely manner the first time. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So grateful for the team here! I’ve been dealing with a parasitic power draw on my Mazda 3 for the past two years. I had taken it to two other mechanics in addition to the Mazda dealership to diagnose the issue but nothing ever came of it. My car had to have a trickle charger on it and be plugged in everyday. The team was able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly and efficiently. Apparently a screw had come loose and was causing the drain. Highly recommended and thank you!!!

Timeline:
8am: dropped our vehicle off at the shop.
12:30pm: call from Randy with the diagnosis, price and time estimate. Parts ordered.
3:30pm: Car ready to pick-up. Issue completely resolved in a short time and at a fair price.
Will certainly be returning.
