K	Kelly Batchilder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was enthused by all the great reviews. I have to say that my initial experience was exceptionally poor. Conrad talked a lot, listened very little. He repeatedly referenced how valuable his time was, (in dollar amounts!) never considering that the duration of the call was also taking up my valuable time. He assumed that because I was looking for a quote to present to my seller, that I was only interested in negotiating purchase cost and made it clear he had no interest in having his time wasted. He seemed challenged by the idea that some people require these quotes so they can afford to have the necessary work done, especially when multiple large jobs will be required. I've had many people out to quote for different aspects from concrete to electrical. They gave freely of their time and knowledge because that's how you secure good working relationships. There's not one I won't hire, though not with the immediacy that Conrad expected to justify sharing his considerable gifts. A little humility in business practice goes a long way.

The quality of the materials and installation work was first class. The result is spectacular. The job was completed on schedule and for the price quoted. The final product is exactly what we wanted, if not nicer. Excellent quality. My only complaint is that it took much longer than expected, but I believe COVID is to blame for material delays. And Conrad offered extra labour to make up for it; he painted all of the trim himself at no cost to us. So overall we are happy with the service and finished product and look forward to enjoying our deck for years to come!

Due to the state of the deck, a demolition and rebuild was required. Conrad provided well thought out suggestions on how to optimize our view and space for the best price. We're absolutely thrilled with the new deck design and workmanship - it has exceeded our expectations, both in function and appearance. The deck went from unusable and dangerous to our favourite part of the house. The whole process was completed for exactly what we were quoted and within the timelines provided.

C	Carl McColl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 years ago, we hired the OK Deck Doctor, Conrad Loss-Wells, and his crew to install a vinyl flooring on our covered deck. Previously we had outdoor carpet. The carpet was stained and the plywood beneath it was beginning to rot. Prior to installing the vinyl flooring Conrad and his crew removed and replaced the damaged plywood. At the same time, he repaired some of the floor joists that needed restoration and even repositioned some of the joists, so they were under the roof support beams. Both the wooden and metal railings were removed and replaced during the flooring installation. In addition to that he and his crew applied decorative cedar trim the around the roof support beams – they look great! The vinyl flooring continues to be functional and looks fabulous. It’s easy to clean. We have absolutely no issues with the flooring or the installation. Thanks Conrad!
