★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the worst customer service I have ever seen. We have been dealing with Duradek for 4 months now and still do not have the right product. They take no responsibility,there solution is to ignore your phone calls and hopefully you will go away.
Do not use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is horrible! The representative that did the estimate was very rude and I had to contact them to get the quote. Duradek does not and will not do retro fits. You must do your own siding removal. Don’t waste your time.

Came to give an estimate and rather than make suggestions on how they like it designed and finish, he said because the deck is not how they want it, he’s not going to bother. Another company came and gave suggestions and worked with us rather than turn us away, so obviously we will likely go with them. This is my second deck and unfortunately not the first time duradek seemed uninterested in doing the job. I guess duradek doesn’t need clients due to their poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish, Kelowna Duradek did an outstanding job on my deck renovation. The timing of the job was perfect ahead of the outdoor season. My deck needed some carpentry work, new stairs, railings, and vinyl membrane. The tradespeople were professional, prompt and courteous throughout and they took pride in their work. The results are fantastic, it looks amazing and is a major update to our home.
