★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project was to design and build a storage shed on the side of the house on an awkward location. Stephen provided us with a design in harmony with the house and executed the work. He listened patiently to what we wanted, improved on the idea, drew a plan for us to agree to, gave us an estimate, which looked reasonable, told us when he would do the work at some approximate future and he performed the work as he said he would and in full respect of the original estimate. Stephen is competent, creative, has a lot of integrity and is a very nice person to deal with.

I asked Steve to quote a job for me and I trusted that he took exact measurements but he went off the builders totals. After he did the job and was paid I realized that an error was made in the total linear footage but he wouldn’t adjust the price. Said that was his price. Final.
So if you hire Steve, make sure you are there measuring along side him and then sign on the dotted line otherwise you will pay for more then what you get.
