As a European living in Canada for 20 years real estate is a whole different experience and for the first time ever here I can say in my eyes a Realtor earned their commission and then some. They weren't after the hard sell and quick buck. I can't rave about Candice Konrad enough, she looked after my wife and I, devoted time and effort, many hours of searching to help us. From my background I'm used to searching for my next home as only I know what I and my wife like but we ended up buying a house she found for us due to her diligence and thoughtfulness listening to our comments and wish list. Immigrants or Canadian born should put their trust in Candice she is so far ahead of any Realtor I've dealt with in this country it's hard to describe. What a a amazing experience we are so happy and thank you to a star within the remax group.
