Cette année ne fait pas exception. Cependant, là la garantie est échue depuis 1 mois et je devrais payer plus de 900$ pour la pièce défectueuse. Je suis furieux. I have a horror story. Quand on demande la différence entre les deux machines, nous répond que sur la première soumission l'échangeur d'air était discontinué. Quand j'appelle chez Venmar on me répond le contraire. Il s'était clairement trompé dans sa soumission, mais au lieu de nous le dire, préfère mentir pour ne pas "perdre la face". Je n'ai franchement plus confiance. En réponse à votre réponse ; Vous rappelleriez un technicien qui vous a installé deux conduits principaux entre deux solives pleines de clous apparents sans d'abord les avoir coupés? Quand même la base de la base est négligée, vos clients perdent rapidement confiance. Complètement amateur comme travail.
