Allez voir aileurs ça vaut mieux! His mistake cost over $ 1000! Customer service = none; kindness = none. We had to call on someone else to fix his incompetence ... go see it all better!

Tu vas attendre longtemps, dans mon cas il n’est toujours pas venu.... Le pire service de clientèle.... ils m’ont dit: “On vienda un moment donnée entre lundi et vendredi entre 9h00 et 5h00”. Lol ça fait déjà 4 mois!! Pas capable d’avoir une date ni une heure.... ne faite pas affaire avec cet entrepreneur. Il prend ton argent et ne respecte pas ses responsabilités de garantie. Après avoir reçu le commentaire du PATRON: Wow Beau commentaire du PATRON de JMAC Confort lui-même. Je suis surpris qu’il a répondu aussi vite. LOL ça fait juste 4 mois j’attends sans rappel.... je pensais qu’il ne savais pas utiliser un téléphone. De l’autre côté, je ne suis pas surpris de son manque de professionalisme. Ça démontre vraiment qui tu es et la façon que tu travaille. Merci de confirmer la vérité de l’histoire!! Je suis sûr qu’il y en a d’autres clients pas contents. Je suis peut-être le seul pour l’instant mais il y en a bien aussi un seul de content et ça date de l’année passée. En passant va apprendre a écrire français!! The worst entrepreneur there is. Set up your unit but when something doesn't work good luck! You're gonna wait a long time, in my case it still hasn't come .... Worst customer service .... they said, “We came at some point between Monday and Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 am”. Lol it's been 4 months already !! Not able to have a date or a time .... don't do business with this entrepreneur. He's taking your money and is breaking his guarantee responsibilities. After receiving the BOSS comment: Wow Nice comment from the JMAC Comfort BOSS himself. I'm surprised he responded so quickly. LOL it's just been 4 months waiting without a callback .... I thought he didn't know how to use a phone. On the other hand, I'm not surprised at his lack of professionalism. It really shows who you are and the way you work. Please confirm the truth of the story !! I'm sure there are other unhappy customers. I may be the only one at the moment, but there is also only one happy and that was from last year. J’ai attendu 2 mois dans des chaleurs de 30 degrés avec un enfant de 2 ans dans la maison. Il me disait qu’il lui manquait la pièce. Une semaine elle était sur le bateau, l’autre semaine sur l’avion et j’imagine qu’elle a même fait un détour dans l’espace.LOL! On appelait à chaque semaine mais ça tournait en rond avec une nouvelle histoire. Jamais capable d’avoir une réponse clair ni une date et il blâme toujours ses fournisseurs. Après avoir attendu 2 mois on a envoyé une mise en demeure à lui et 2 jours après mon unité était réparé. J’imagine que la pièce avait atterrit tout à coups LOL!! Il avait l’air frustré de venir réparer mon unité en plus. Une petite entreprise familiale pas orienté vers le service de clientèle et ne savent pas comment parler aux clients ni comment les servir. À la fin de tout il m’a crier après comme un chien!! Sérieusement, aucun respect envers ses clients. Faites attention aux commentaires 5 étoiles de la famille!! Two years after buying my JMAC Comfort unit it no longer worked. I waited 2 months in the heat of 30 degrees with a 2 year old in the house. He was telling me he was missing the part. One week she was on the boat, the other week on the plane and I imagine she even took a detour in space. LOL! We called every week but it was going in circles with a new story. Never able to have a clear answer or a date and he always blames his suppliers. After waiting 2 months we sent a formal notice to him and 2 days after my unit was repaired. I imagine the coin suddenly landed LOL !! He looked frustrated to come and fix my extra unit. A small family business not customer service oriented and do not know how to talk to customers or how to serve them. At the end of it all he screamed at me like a dog !! Seriously, no respect for his clients. Pay attention to the 5 star family reviews !!
