★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved all our banking/credit cards to RBC with Vince here at Wye Road Branch. What an enjoyable experience (ever think you would hear someone describe banking like that?!).
Vince was friendly, not pushy, and took time to understand our needs and build us the best solution. On top of that he has given us 6 months of no fees as we transition over. Nothing but positives for RBC and this branch.

These past few years been tough for our family and with all that being said we found ourselves financially struggling to pay off our debts. But we were saved with a good advice and great help! Special mention to Christian Cang who patiently explained and gave us options on what we’re purposely trying to do with our finances. He is very professional and easy to approach and he knows to do his job. Now we can reduced our debts,save for future and manage our finances better. Again, thanks Christian, you are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked a 10 hour shift in the freezing cold all night. go to cash my cheque so i can pay rent and they tell me they had to hold it for 5 days because i havnt been with the company for 3 months. Asking me a bunch of questions like who signs your cheques ect.... went to a different rbc and they cashed it no problem. Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my time after a long night of work this bank and everyone in it is useless. Its almost like they see a guy with long hair and think i cant make money legally. Ive had a couple cheques cashed from this company before with no issue but for some reason they still wanted to hold it.
