T	Tobe B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I handed the clerk 2 envelopes with stamps and return addresses on them. One envelope was delivered from Sherwood Park to Edmonton 10 days later, the other envelope was never received by recipient or returned to me.

I was the only one there and he just kept avoiding eye contact while doing other things. I waited patiently till he started counting till money and then asked if he was still open, got a snarky response and he just told me it was going to be a long wait. I don’t mind waiting but don’t leave me standing there without at least acknowledging my presence and telling me what the wait is about. Finally left after continuing to be disregarded and went to a different post office. Will not return here!
C	Cal D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been coming to this post office for nearly a decade and have never had issues until they hired some clueless middle aged woman who doesn't know how to Wear a mask in a COVID hot spot of Alberta. I. recently upgraded my license and was denied my packafe due to having two last names and only one on the delivery notice. the package contains live animals that will be all dead by now.
C	Colleen Lodge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in line for a half an hour. I'm writing this while I'm in line. I'd like to say because it's super busy and only one person at the counter. But I've been to a one person busy post office outlet and it has never taken this long. Please train your people on how to efficiently serve customers. I won't name the person because poor training is not their fault. They're doing the best with the tools they were given. I think
