A	Alan Baird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunat Contracting recently completed a job to coat our garage floor with a protective coating to prevent the salt in winter from damaging the concrete. The floor starting spalling within the first year, during winter, and I was concerned that it would just continue to get worse. I contacted Jeff to see what they could do to protect the floor. He gave a good estimate and offered a great product as a solution. We had some issues with the weather but as soon as it allowed, they were working hard to get the job completed. In the end, the floor has turned out looking really good and exceeded my expectations.

Not knowing who to contact, I accepted a recommendation from a business owner who stated, "Jeff is the most honest person I know." The major renovation of my 33 year old house included removing a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room, along with the installation of a large, supporting beam. Jeff coordinated the entire reno and all of the trades required for a completely new, redesigned kitchen, the installation of a new furnace including an air conditioner, an efficient, larger hot water tank, extensive electrical and plumbing work, new windows and doors, painting and flooring throughout, along with attaining the services of a dynamic duo of interior designers to help with color and product choice. Jeff procured the required permits and inspections, and made sure everything was completed according to code. After the reno was finished, Jeff's attention to detail included air duct cleaning and house cleaners. I am extremely pleased with the renovation in its entirety. Jeff and his sons were friendly, courteous, and professional at all times, and as the customer, I always felt my requests and questions were forefront. Whether on site, on the phone, or by text message, Jeff's timely and excellent communication skills were appreciated. Jeff came out and took a look right away and came back to fix the problem within a few days. The roof looks much better now and we are very pleased with the work.

When Jeff came out to look at the bathroom, he listened to what we were wanting for the space, and our concerns. We found the price to be fair. They are Very trustworthy and hard working, I definitely would call them again If we do a Reno. They were also very good with my 3 year old.... which in a mama's eyes.... goes far.
