Lawsuit We put down $45,000.00 for two bathrooms and kitchen. Because of the poor service we received we did not want them to do the other bathroom and kitchen. The one Bathroom cost $32,774.72. That leaves 12,225.28 owing us. He refuses to talk to us to deal with this matter. We were told by the receptionist that he told her that we told him to keep the rest of the money. Definitely not true! Working with Brandom kitchen has been a very unpleasant experience, up to the point that we have to seek legal counsel. The designer told us to give them $45,000.00 which we gave them. They came and started the demolition of the first bathroom. When the finished that job they asked for another 45,000.00. That was 90 % of the total. We said we wanted them to start the job to see the workmanship. So we said no. They put a stop work order in till we gave them the money. We had a meeting with Tony the owner and his service manager. We told them we did not feel comfortable to give them 90% of money upfront. This was not clearly explained to us when we talked to the consultant. So we said that they could finish the bathroom they demolished and we did not want their service for the other two rooms. We also said to Tony that we would square up with him when the bathroom was done for the outstanding money he owed us. He said yes he would and that he was very transparent with this. The bathroom was totally completed this past week. It was started on April 9th. 2019. A long time to finish one room. We contacted Tony on July 29th at four pm. We were told he was busy and that he would call us back. He didn't. We called the next day at 2:30 pm. and the receptionist, told us that Tony told her to tell us that we had told him to keep the money that was outstanding, $12,225.28. He would not talk to us. This is where we felt that we had no choice but to take the next step and seek legal counsel. There were so many issues we had to deal with the consultant we had left half way through the project so no one was over seeing the work. They installed the bathroom glass doors even though we told them ahead of time that the grout work was not done and the floor had some issues. They had to be removed the glass doors a week later when the second contractor came to fix the mess the first contractor had left. Because of the long duration of no use of the bathroom we went out and bought a toilet which they installed temporarily for our night time use because we had to take two flights of stair to go to the bathroom at night. They dry walled and the tapping was showing through. So we hired a painter to come and sand the tapping properly at our own cost. The mirror that was brought was the wrong size so it had to be returned. When our 72" mirror came it sat in our hallway and bedroom for two weeks because they had wanted our electrician to put it up. we said no it was their responsibility to do so. They hung it with two small screws into drywall, which were hanging half way out when our electrician came to install the light. He said we were very lucky that it did not fall out. Eventually it would have let loose if we cleaned it and touched it. We are truly sadden by the treatment we received from this company. We never felt that they wanted to do the best job they could and take pride in what they were doing. They certainly have taken the joy out of us enjoying the new bathroom. We are seniors on a fixed incomes. We cannot afford to have them keep a large sum of our money. It is very unprofessional for the owner not to talk to us and deal with this situation. It is unethical to turn a deaf ear to a matter that needs to be addressed. We would not wish this to happen to others. This is why we are posting this to show customers who are considering to work with them to be very careful. R and L Kelly

REPEAT BUSINESS! Last year, my husband and I chose Brandom to re-design and install our 27yo kitchen that desperately needed updating. The designer showed us a few layouts to choose from and had wonderful CAD pictures to show us so we knew exactly what we were getting. They have a great showroom where you can actually see all the products in person before you decide on anything. The installation went smoothly and just as expected. This year, we had the same designer/installer team do our bathroom. They took out the tub and put in a curbless shower with a linear drain. The vanity has so much storage now! Overall, I LOVE everything about my bathroom! It's gorgeous!

Hello, My husband and I were referred by a friend of ours to contact this company when we showed an interest in freshening up our master bathroom and main floor powder room and we are happy & content that we did. We visited the showroom, asked many questions, and were open to suggestions. We are very happy with the finished product in both rooms, and our overall experience. What stood out most were the workmen (Arnold and Jim ) being tidy, respectful, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

Brandom redid my master bathroom and they really made my vision happen. The designer was quick and able to work with my ideas and examples to make them work in the space (which I wasn't actually sure was possible). They also made realistic & functional recommendations based on their experience. I was able to choose all of my finishes and fixtures and an originally builder-style space that was dark and boxed-in now feels so clean and open and bright. The staff was nice and they kept me up to date on anything that came up and generally stuck to our timeline. I wouldn't say it was a "cheap" job but neither was the finished product that I got and I'm really happy with the outcome. Thanks!

I DO NOT recommend this company for any renovations. My poor mom who is currently having her bathroom renovated has had nothing but problems since this job started, which by the way started October 25, 2021 and still isn't completed. Items have been ordered wrong and had to be reordered, which has taken weeks (company's fault since everything was documented in the contract, so they can't even order something correctly). They said the bathroom would be completed in 2 weeks, it's now December 01, 2021 and it's still not completed. They have a hard time finding staff to complete the job (example, someone to come in a paint). This bathroom is costing $30,000, which is clearly overpriced and not worth the money. They have great ideas, but don't follow through. I'm so disappointed and feel so bad for my elderly mom. Something she so wanted and was excited in the beginning, has made her so upset and furious with this company. I hope if anyone is reading this and you are using this company for your renos, I pray you have better luck.

We had our kitchen done three years ago and our bathroom in October 2021. We are pleased with both. Sandy is a great designer, Dan is a wonderfully knowledgable contacter and Paul was so great at the finishing touches. We have only had good experiences with this company. In a time when there are supply chain issues and staffing shortages, they always came through. As with any reno, patience is a virtue. Thanks again Brandom and our dream team Sandy and Dan!
