P	Paul Thurlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has been to this nail salon on a few occasions, she has not been impressed with the services, was concerned about hygiene and how she was treated or better said mistreated. Her final visit was just a few weeks ago where she arrived home almost in tears because of how aggressively the nail tec handled her hands. She was grabbing twisting pulling on her fingers and hands. Then at the end herr nails were not dry and got smudged .When she mentioned it the nail tech looked at her as though she never understood and rushed her out the door. The staff are not warm or welcoming, we would not recommend this place to anyone!

I have very sensitive nails and most places like this all use the efile to buff the natural nails. Which is a very big no-no according to standard salon certifications. I asked if they would only hand buff my natural nails and they said no, they wont, it's slow and the nails wont stick. Yea, they wont stick if you prep incorrectly. When I mentioned that I was a certified nail tech, they immediately got rude and snippy because I mentioned that the efile wasnt supposed to be used on the natural nails. All I wanted was to have my nails lightly buffed by hand instead of the efile because it hurts so bad. I'd love to know where their certifications came from, if any!

I have decided I will no longer be desperate enough to endure another awful lumpy, lopsided acrylic fill at Coco Nails. I have been to 4 different girls and I haven't been happy with the outcome at any point in time. The 1 star review isn't from a lack of trying. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere.
R	RC VANW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Coco Nails for several years. Never had an issue until this last visit. I got a nail infection. I went back to show the ladies the infection. They insisted their tools were clean. They didn't take responsibility. I had to get antibiotics from the doctor and now my nail regrowth is disgusting and not normal. Sorry won't return. I will stick with natural nails.
C	Colleen Belohorec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my 8 year old daughter for a treat for her. Her nails were done fast and sloppily, 2 nails had polish that didn't go on the entire nail. Within 2 days they started chipping and less than a week 2 nails were missing polish completely. My manicure seemed to look nice at the beginning but within 3 days I had 3 massive chips. Went in a week after the original manicure (because who has the time to go back earlie) to have it touched up and they wouldn't without charging. I used their polish to fix our nails but won't be going back.

They let you sit next to your friend if you both come in to get your nails done together (not many places do), and they take great care in doing your nails and try to do the best job possible. I go here for the quality of nails & the welcoming easygoing employees.

I am always barefoot and my callouses showed the neglect my feet have had. Thank you so much, ladies, for giving me back my sandle worthy pretty toes and smooth heals!
