They had installed a new wood stove in my home, and made sure we had a positive experience in learning how to use it for the first time. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Today’s checkup ensured our furnace and propane fireplaces are safe and efficient for another year. We added our HVAC system to our maintenance plan to keep our costs down while also receiving ongoing TLC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had RB Heating install a Gas Range and they were very honest, knowledgeable, efficient and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. We had a gas range installed by another company last year and RB heating fixed an error done by the other company. I would definitely be using RB heating again in the future!

The new on demand system is fantastic and solved all the issues that concerned us! Good bye smelly water!!!!!! and the Hot water on demand is lovely! What was even better was the customer service. Your install techs are great, Rebecca in the office and accounting staff all went above and beyond to ensure overall customer satisfaction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had high hopes that this company would be high on customer service. Unfortunately they did not deliver. In October I reached out to book an appointment for cleaning and servicing our high efficiency furnace nearest date available was January 10. I received a text the day before on upcoming appointment as a reminder. The day of appointment no communication of an approximate arrival time. At 10:am I finally reach out first by way of text after no response I called the office as to whether I could expect a morning or afternoon visit. I am told I am the second appointment of the day so with an approximate time of 11:30. In reality he shows up 1:30. He finishes the job by 2:30. No sooner does he leave 2:51 I receive a text asking for a review. He was polite but first thing he remarks is furnace is ok for a 12 year old. He asks me when I last changed the filter as it was filthy and was being sucked up by fan. We had a brand new wrapped filter sitting right next to furnace ready to go in When he leaves he advises me to change filter in a couple of weeks. When we go down we notice he had unwrapped the filter but left it on the side of furnace. So my opinion of this company is lacklustre in the cleaning and communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a 10 year propane appliance inspection, as required by my propane supplier to maintain delivery. The RB Heating technician (Ken Preston) was cordial, fast, professional, and very knowledgeable of all 6 of my propane appliances. He did numerous tests for CO, efficiency, and gas pressure on the appliances, and made several adjustments to optimize their performance. Also gave me some recommendations and items to be aware of on a couple of the appliances for long term serviceability. I would wholeheartedly recommend RB Heating for this type of gas appliance inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good experience with this company. We used them to clean our ducts and honestly the gentleman who came was really nice, cooperative, responsive and efficient. Everything has been done in 2 hours in a perfect way. As we were working from home, he was very accommodating and took care to make the less noise possible. Very good experience, would go with them again for sure. I recommend!
