By far, from estimate to work commencement and completion, one of the best companies I have interacted with. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, can't say enough about the great experience. Jon and Myles were excellent to have on site and will use this company again in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Kemptville Heating and AC remove our oil furnace and water heater and replace with propane in the fall of 2019. Nick and his team did exceptional work from the initial quote until the job was completed. Their price was also the lowest of the other two I received. Nick was extremely knowledgable, honest and completely answered all of my (many) questions. I would recommend these guys to anyone without hesitation (and have been).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Nick and John replace my furnace in the fall of 2019. They were very quick to respond and come out to give a me quote, which was very fair.
Nick was able to answer a number of my questions and offer his honest opinion to help me make a decision on the equipment that was right for us.
The installation was completed soon after I made my decision,the work was done well, quickly, and everything was clean when they left.
A few months later, I had some issues issues (by no fault of the installation at all) and Nick and John worked tirelessly to figure out what the problem was.
I have been very happy with my experience with Kemptville Heating & AC and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received their contact info via word of mouth from a neighbour. (Word of mouth and consumer review is WAY more influential than big $$ ads!) From the moment I spoke to the owner, his attention and understanding of my no AC was taken seriously and was sorted out quickly. The same night I was presented my option for units, and booked for a few days after. The way it was managed was reassuring and professional. The installers came and their patience to explain what they where going to do/did, and guide me on how to use the unit was outstanding. A follow up with the owner and done! An absolutely painless experience, extremely reasonable price and great communication that exceeded all my expectation. These guys are phenomenal. For a couple k investment, or felt like I was being tended to like royalty. These guys are a definite recommend! Thanks Nick, John and Myles. Class acts.
