They walked me through the options available to me and helped me to make informed decisions. They guys doing the install were very professional, friendly and patiently answered my 1 million questions. They were also great with my little dogs who were a tad excited to have them going in and out the door all day. Highly recommend them.
M	Marilyn St. Pierre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a quote on adding stone on front of fireplace, they came and measured, heard from them a couple of weeks later to say they were working on matching my existing stone and never heard from the again even after I sent emails to the sales rep and several phone calls and left messages, absolutely nothing in return and its been approx 3 months. Here I am trying to support local businesses and this is the service I receive. Stove store failed big time with not even a follow up one way or another. Certainly not good practice for a local business in a small town. Not recommended.

Nobody showed up for the rescheduled time and we didn't get a call to say they would not be there. We rescheduled again but nobody showed up and again there was no phone call. Good luck actually getting service from this company.

I found these guys on here and gave them a call and the lovely lady managed to fit me in right away. The technician, Chad showed up within an hour and found that there was no leak but I was very low on propane. The technician even called my propane company to let them know i was out of propane and arranged for them to come fill me up and then walked me through a couple of things with my fireplace. This was a surprise as i never ran out of propane before and didnt know what i was suppose to do if this ever happened. I was pleasantly surprised in their prompt and professional response and courteous for a customer that has never used their services before.

We have used them twice now; once for a wood stove and chimney pipe install and once for a new furnace install with some ducting alterations to improve heat distribution (upsized furnace from 60k - 80k btu) We have shopped around and their slogan of “unmatched” is fitting. For the woodstove, labour to install (a full days work for 3 people) was approx $1000. Saved me a lot of trips in and out of the house, messing up pipe lengths, and having to cut a hole and flash my roof…Money well spent.

The fireplace was delayed due to product shortages which we totally understand as everything is in short supply these days with COVID. The staff kept us well informed on the status from the start. The technicians arrived and walked us through the entire process and made sure to protect our home while removing our old fireplace and installing this beautiful fireplace with stone facing. Thank you Chad and Brian for your attention to detail and the rest of the staff at The Stove Store. We would highly recommend giving them a call.
