I originally had a great experience with these guys. The plumbing in my house was basically all wrong. They fixed in a timely and affordable manner; its unfortunate that it has come to this Recently; my furnace was not creating hot air; I called ABC and they came to fix it relatively quickly Time passed; and I went into the utility room where they had replaced a part and charged me for and it was leaking all over my floor- most likely for days. Water went up against my particle board wall- which obviously absorbed the water When I noticed this; I called abc on sunday- at the emergency line. They promptly sent someone out. This person did not handle furnaces and forwarded on the message- I also requested that he ask about the damage done to my wall. I am by no means a handy man but if water accumulates next to a wall; for days; it most likely will cause mould. I expected that the company would remove the wall 2 feet up; place some dehumidifiers in there and then replace the particle board wall Days past and I received no reply; I called back to touch base multiple times- I was forwarded to the dispatcher 3 or 4 times; and their response was that they would look into it and get back to me 10 days pass; did not receive any return phone call; I had no idea when the leak would be fixed; why it was leaking; or when they would be coming to fix my wall ( a minor and quick fix for someone who knows what they are doing ) On day 10 I called in and asked to talk to a manager; to his credit he had someone contact my wife and someone was there the next day It continued to leak for 10 days; when I wasn't working i continued to try and put pots under it; it continued to overflow The gentleman who fixed it said it would be free of charge ( it should be; they replaced a part; and it was leaking for over 10 days ) A few days later I received an invoice via email For a company I highly recommended and referred to people I am dissapointed at the lack of accountability and follow up I don't feel like a paying consumer should be held responsible for something said company was paid to fix

Just visiting my mother from out of province and her hot water tank burst. I called ABC and they reasonably booked me the next day. When I explained my “likely story”, they made some adjustments and within two hours, we had a new tank. I hope no one sees this as a way to get special service unless they really need it, but I can tell you it was just great to have them respond the way they did. Heroic really. Hope you reward them with your business, they will certainly get my mother’s from here on out. Thank you Kim and Scott!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called ABC emergency line as I had no water on a Friday night. Someone came and “fixed the problem”. They changed a switch on the pressure tank and a control box. An hour later there was no water again. I called back and the technician came again. He said the pump inside the well needed to be changed but he couldn’t do it until Monday. On Monday he came and changed the pump and 2 hours later there was no water. It was the same original problem. I diagnosed the problem myself and found that it was just a wire that was loose inside the original pump switch. When I called the technician he promptly fixed it, and left me a message saying I was right -- it was just a loose wire. I spent around $1,800.00 trying to resolve a loose wire. I have called and left several messages for the owner/manager to get back to me. He will not return my calls. I guess they think that it’s okay to rip off a senior as there won’t be any repercussions. The technician was polite and did his best, but he didn’t have the knowledge to repair this problem.

We had plumbing work done by Chad who went above and beyond to ensure all of our plumbing needs were met. He also walked us through the repair after we expressed interest in learning to do the repair ourselves should the issue arise again -- he was quite happy to educate us! We couldn't be happier, and will use ABC (and hopefully Chad)'s expertise for our future plumbing needs.

This company has a an extraordinary staff throughout the company. They are personable, polite and deal proficiently with difficult tenants. Their work is impeccable and they actually answer the phones and come when required. I would recommend them to anyone. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.

We rent a unit and our landlords hired abc plumbing to come fix our toilet. The flush valve is broken and we need a new one as it won’t stop running unless it is fixed manually each time. The guy from ABC plumbing has been here 3 times now and our toilet is still not fixed. The last time he was here was March 15th and he said he would be back in a day or two as he had ordered the new part, it is now the last week of March and we have not seen or heard from him at all. I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work in a timely manner.

My furnace recently broke down during the coldest week of January 2022. I reached out to another company who visited twice and incorrectly diagnosed the problem (which cost me $1200 in P/L). They left us without heat over the weekend. I got in touch with ABC and they responded immediately, performed the diagnostic and replaced my furnace. ABC's team was incredibly professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. ABC is Reliable, unlike others :)

We contracted ABC Plumbing to fix/replace the plumbing for a new bathroom in the basement. At first we thought they did a great job until the toilet kept backflowing out the drain (it did not overflow but very close) we contacted the company and went back and forth for weeks. Finally Mr. Cinnamon agreed to fix the issue and pay us for a new bathroom floor. We went ahead and replaced our bathroom floor and sent him the bill and he responded saying he was not going to pay it as he says it was our fault to use self levelling compound over the cement they poured???Makes no sense since they poured the concrete and obviously didn't put enough crush stone under the pipe, cement is not that fragile. I logged a complaint with the BBB and he could not even bother to respond.
