★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally write negative reviews, but in this case I have to. I am so appalled by the way I have been treated by the owner, Shawn Wasylenko. I never thought in this day and age that a man, an owner of a business, would be so condescending, disrespectful, arrogant and rude to a woman customer, or any customer for that matter. Instead of apologizing and taking some responsibility for an error made, he talked down to me, was intimidating and put the blame 100% on me. In addition, one day when I stopped by the Rayner office to see Shawn, during COVID and when restrictions were in place, I witnessed one of his employees having a conversation with an elderly man, talking no more than a foot apart, and neither were wearing masks. Clearly, at Rayner, acting in the best interest of the customer is not their priority, their priority is the bottom line. If you are looking for an insurance agency, I recommend you go else where unless you like to be treated unprofessional and like to receive poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had no luck with this place and will never be back. In the past they were critical over a bill of sale that was accepted just fine at another motor license issuer. I made an appointment for a notary signing and they had me wait 30 minutes. They were dismissive and offered no explanation or apology when I asked if they knew how long I would be waiting. If you can't keep an appointment don't make it, you have to respect people's time.
