The insurance company we were with before didn't explain anything to us, just told us that "this" is the insurance we needed. We also had a travel trailer that needed to be insured and when we explained to Nhu Gaudet (our insurance lady at O'Reilly's) and she told us that we had the wrong insurance for our trailer. We explained to the old insurance company about our trailer numerous times and they kept telling us we just needed plates on it and it was insured. For 2 years we had the wrong insurance on it! We explained to Nhu the trailer situation and she explained to us in great detail the type of insurance we needed. We asked a lot of questions and she answered every one of them. Again, she saved us a lot of money on our trailer insurance and now we have peace of mind knowing it is insured properly. I have recommended a few people to Nhu and the team at O'Reilly's and they have also been quite satisfied. Declan O'Reilly and his team know insurance - all types - and they will insure you for what you need.

They are always looking out for me, answering all my questions in detail and always promptly. I have been in office when they have had other customers be completely out of line and their staff has always handled it with class. Whenever I go to their office and the Cherry Insurance nearby, it is always like night & day. Keep up the good work!

She answered all my questions promptly, and gave me easy to understand options. I felt very comfortable getting advice from her, and she always had my best interest in mind as well. I now have house, vehicle, and condo insurance with her. Whenever any of my friends ask about insurance, I just send them to her. 10/10 would recommend.

Compared my current coverage to theirs only to discover that my current policy was missing coverage and had conditions I had no idea about. The advisor I dealt with was patient in explaining the policy to me. The owner came and introduced himself and welcomed me which is the first I have had, was very friendly.

She reviewed our home insurance policy and recommended we revisit in a year as it suited our needs at the time. Fast forward to this year and we revisited the policy again and Nhu was very transparent in her recommendations and analysis of our existing policy. She was very prompt in answering all our questions and concerns. In the end the costs were very similiar, but the value and care Nhu brought to the table made it a very easy decision to move our home insurance over.
