★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! I was in a bit an interesting insurance situation because my company is a high risk industry, so a lot of insurers won't take on the risk and I was also looking at a change in brokers.
I called a few places and had some small chat, however, the chat never really went anywhere. I was out and about, and noticed these guys are in a bit of a hidden location, but was curious on what they had to offer, so I gave them a call. I got a call back from Fitz, who from then on was an absolute pleasure to work with. I explained the situation to him and he was able to come up with a workable solution and was able to get out to the markets and within a couple days, he had my bond and liability insurance in place.
Fitz was very friendly, professional, and bent over backwards to make sure his clients are taken care of. He was quick at responding to my emails, answering m questions and was able to just make everything work with ease. I would recommend him to anyone. I am sure the other brokers are good as well, but hey, start the conversation with them and they will take care of you!
