★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am astonished: rear wheel spoke broke spontaneously on my brand new Giant Escape City (By the way: my previous Escape also had a spoke snapped just like that. No luggage, no overweight, just not the Giant quality as it used to be). I can go to Steveston and ask for warranty but said to myself: 'let me try Ray's shop 1st time'. Unbelievable friendly and professional assistance. Ray made a tailor made spoke with his thread-tool. I was prepared to pay $15-20 but I got it for free! So I am immediately committed to this shop for years to come. No need to go to Richmond, Steveston, Vancouver. Top service is here!! Thanks Ray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray’s Cycle service has been a great addition to the Ladner community. I have had two of our bikes tuned up to get ready for this season, and both are running nicely.
Since it’s close by I’ve been able to drop by to have minor adjustments made, which he or his staff have quickly taken care of for me.
His knowledge of bicycles, and riding them, is a great asset for me as I re-engage my old love of cycling ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking my bike to Ray's for a tune up, was a very pleasant experience. I delivered my bike to Ray's and it took just 2 hours to do a complete tune up. It was like I was getting a brand new bicycle. Quite a thorough job. All ready for the riding season. I'll be back. Thanks for the excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Ray’s Cycle Service in the Village today! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind & efficient in the repair of my stroller tire. He did the repair within 5 minutes and I was on my way! Not to mention the spot/shop is pretty awesome too if you haven’t checked it out yet!
Can’t recommend Ray & his team enough. Especially with spring on the way, we will be heading in for tune ups on our family’s bikes. Thanks again Ray! ???
