C	Chanel S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even think this place deserves 1 star to be honest. I had gone here this past weekend and it was my second and last time. I got a shellac manicure done and the woman had cut me twice on 2 different fingers. The price was a lot more then other salons I've been to as well. But this wasn't the worst part of my experience. I wasn't sure if I should write this review but I had to make sure people knew just what kind of service this place offers. While I was sitting waiting for someone to do my nails I had overheard one of the nail techs walk over to a customer who was waiting to get a pedicure done and told her they could do the pedicure in the waiting seat chair and she asked why she wouldn't get to sit in the regular chair with the foot bath and the tech told her "she wouldn't fit" (due to her size) may I mention they didn't even let her try to sit there they just assumed she wouldn't fit, the woman was extremely upset and in tears as she had every right to be and ended up leaving causing another customer who was also waiting to leave due to this incident. I wish I had left at that moment as well. This incident was extremely upsetting and I hope no other customer ever deals with this kind of ignorance in the future.

I've now been coming to the salon for a year and am so happy and satisfied with the service. Moreover, the entire staff is friendly and professional. Sarah is especially amazing and provides excellent manicures and pedicures, I am always getting compliments on my nails, the shape and unique artwork! Definitely the best nail salon in Ladner, I would highly recommend L&V Nails!

The nail tech didn’t understand that there was some fallout on my nail and she painted right over it which created a bumpy look and you could see the specks too. She thinned out my nail so much that they are weaker now more than ever. Don’t understand how this happened even when one of the other ladies translated for her. I won’t be coming here again!

They talked to me the whole time while still focusing on the nails and kept asking me if I liked how my nails looked so far. They did exactly what I asked for, and it turned out better than I expected. It was very clean and proffesional, and I don't think they ripped me off at all! I would definatly recommend this place, and will definatly be coming back.

Polish on the sides of my toes and over the cuticles and won't come off because it's gel, didn't use the actual shade colour I picked, no massage or exfoliation and was not cheap. Got a basic manicure as well and was 5 minutes per hand and my hands look the exact same. I still tipped and was visibly disappointed with the experience and no apologies or anything, they knew it was the first time I tried the place as well. I asked the lady doing my pedicure in advance if she was experienced with gel polish an she said yes, but it was very poorly done in every way. So rare for me to write bad reviews but such a waste of money!!

So I was told about the ladies at LV and found out friends of mine go there regularly and love it.iwent for my first appointment. And I couldn't believe the difference they make you feel welcome the second you walk in the door And they listen to what you want done they concentrate on you the customer sometimes they are so busy they can't answer the phone but the return calls. There work is impeccable from manicures to pedicures acrylic nails gel and regular.its absolutely wonderful. I come out and can't believe my hands can look so great.so many colors to choose from as well as nail art and jewelry. They also do amazing waxing. Reasonable prices and excellent customer treatment.Cindy Hanna Sara Holy I love and recommend them 100% ????????????
