★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diogo saved me - really. I had a debilitating back injury, 6 ruptured disks and double sciatica. I tried all sorts of treatments, nothing helped - that is, untill Diogo. He took the time to understand my injury and where I was in my recovery. He customized a series of therapeutic exercises for me at each stage of my progress. He taught me how to walk again! He followed up regularly to make sure I was doing the work, and even did the exercises with me when I lost my will.
Several times when my progress hit a wall, he spent the time to figure out why, and with his deep knowledge and intuitive grasp, reworked my therapy untill I started to progress again.
Now I'm better! I can run again! And my posture is better than ever! But that's not the end of it. Diogo is guiding me to a whole new level of health. I'm doing cartwheels and head stands for the first time ever! At 54 and with Diogo's continued help I'll be doing handstands soon and more! I can't believe it!
Diogo is much more than I realized - he's a genuine healer. I can't thank you enough Diogo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diogo is great he is the best he always listens to what is needed in regards to your rehab needs and adjusts accordingly. If you have have been struggling to find a good kinesiologiest look no further you found him. Lets just say you are in good hands !

i was suggested to get more active rehab. I feel lucky and happy to find Diogo. He brings years of experience and a genuine passion, commitment and patience assisting me with my recovery and ongoing health. I learned a lot from him, and really enjoy my experience.
