As a former athlete who was two steps away from a wheelchair, Sweat22 Fitness Studio has been a lifesaver. In 22 minutes I get a significant workout with ZERO wear and tear on my decrepit joints. The one on one ratio of trainer to participant allows for a customized experience that cannot be replicated elsewhere.

After several fitness programs I was still not reaching my fitness goals. So I decided to finally try EMS training. I was hesitant at first and leery that a 22 minute workout could achieve the desired goals. After 10 sessions I noticed a remarkable difference and after 20 sessions I am happy to have achieved the goals that I was targeting and that I was not able to reach through other programs and self training. I am very glad that I gave this a try, any hesitations I had are resolved and I am happy to recommend this studio. Staff and training is professional in helping clients meet their fitness goals.

I am the type of person who loved hearing this workout was only 22 minutes . I have no time and often little desire to workout. But I was also super skeptical that it work. But let me tell you after a few sessions - the science behind this is real and crazy good. My muscles have never felt and looked better. I had to stop going to the gym cuz of covid so was out of shape bigtime walking in. I go twice a week - that's it. Perfect for my commitment level but blew my expectations. Must try! Drink tons of water, you will have soreness and stiffness.

It was my first visit to the studio and was unsure what to expect. The owners were very friendly, walked me through the whole process and ensured I got a great workout in. The workout overall was very effective, I haven’t felt my muscles like that before. Definitely a must do!

Great experience here at Sweat22! Marijana the instructor is extremely energetic, and kind. I enjoyed the whole experience from the trial session to our current full session. 100% recommend this to anyone who is short on time and wants a great full body workout.

I had really slipped on my workouts during covid and after a few sessions of EMS at Sweat 22 in Yaletown - I already feel strength and my muscles activated again. Highly recommend to any fitness level. Trainers are amazing one on one support the entire workout. Easy to follow and very knowledgeable.

Hands Down EMS is the most fun I have ever had exercising!! This workout good for my tight shoulders and back.. the vibration is like a massage and acupuncture in one!! I have been coming 2x a week for 3-4 months, I find this system super helpful in relaxing my body as well as building muscle!! A MUST TRY!!!

BEST WORKOUT EVER!Hands down the most effective work out I have ever done with the best personal trainer. Been going 2 times a week for a month now, my diet hasn't changed at all, and I am more toned, my skin is firmer and my bum has more lift. Its so quick, easy and effective. The place is also so clean and which adds to the overall experience. Definite recommend.
