★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried nearly every barre studio in Vancouver and this one is by far the best. Its very challenging but also appropriate for all levels since each position can be modified to fit your needs. The instructors are amazing and motivating. The instructors actually get to know you and I really like when they come around to adjust me or push me further because they know I can do it! The studio itself is also really nice and clean. I love feeling sore the next day and Pure Barre definitely makes me feel like that! I saw results very quickly with this full body workout. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a fitness beginner I love how accessible the classes are. Easy to understand and follow along. None of the movements are too difficult to attempt but they continue to challenge you as your form improves. I would highly recommend Pure Barre to anyone looking to start (or get back into) a regular fitness routine.

I have been to both the Pure Empower and Pure Barre classes at both the Yaletown and Kits studios, both, of which are well-paced and reasonably structured full-body workout with good music. Instructors are friendly, patient and will come around to correct postures. I am excited to try their new Pure Reform (coming soon). Overall, I will rate it 9 out of 10 :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Pure Barre for anyone looking for a challenging full body workout! I love how well the classes are thought out so you leave feeling like you've worked on toning all aspects of your body, while still getting some stretching and a solid amount of core work in. All of the teachers I've had so far have been awesome and the studio space is great! Don't be intimidated if you're not from a dance background, it is a great workout for all levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried other Barre classes but by far this has been the most enjoyable, challenging and effective. The studio is clean, inviting and peaceful. The instructors have been excellent in their knowledge and are very sweet and approachable. The store front had great items to purchase and wear.
At 54, the classes were challenging but I could still keep up with the younger crew. The changes I've seen in my body have been amazing. My husband thinks so too!!!!
Highly recommend. The more you go, the more you get out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy my workout at Pure Barre. Its a total body workout that leaves you feeling great-- sore-- but great! All the instructors are amazing and really help you with each position so that you are doing each move correctly. I was in a car accident in the spring and was only working out once a week while trying to recover. The instructors were amazing with letting me go at my own pace. Pure Barre is my favourite studio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They perform all exercises beautifully and it's really motivating and set the bar high.
The instructors may correct you while you're doing exercises. And this little touch of attention makes the difference. It usually makes me feel like 'Yes, I can lift my leg up and down 50 more times! Easily!'
The studio itself is not big, but clean, well organized, and there is enough space for everybody. So you can freely move your hands and legs around without being afraid to hit your neighbour.
Even though classes have the same structure, exercises vary from class to class, so you never get bored.
Go try Pure Barre! You will never regret it.
