Fun, engaging trainers who don't yell at you (I don't like that) but keep you motivated! They'll also take time to modify exercises and weights for individuals. Workouts are challenging and I always feel great after a class.

Semi private training at BIM is one of the best things I've done for myself in the past year. All the trainers are great, Andrea is awesome, and the facilities are very clean, well equipped and spacious!

I have been training with BIM for many years now, and Andrea and the entire BIM team are definitely the best out there. I started off working with them back as a competitive high school athlete (in swimming), and they were able to, through strength and conditioning training, help me reach my goals of competing at the National level as well as the NCAA Div I Collegiate level. Now, I am doing semi-private training with them to keep getting stronger and pursue other athletic endeavors. The entire team does a great job of making sure that you are focussed on technique and form, whilst still making sure that you are being pushed. And especially during COVID, they are exceptionally diligent with all sanitizing measures and safety protocols. Could not recommend semi-private training at BIM enough!

If you are seeking some help to achieve your goals, I highly recommend Andrea from Balance in Motion. She and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and catered a program specific to my needs. After the workouts, I could feel myself using my body more efficiently and noticed I was in less pain as well! Signed up for semi-private training and had a great experience.

Andrea and her team are extremely well trained and educated. I am a Physiotherapist and have trusted BIM for my own care as well as my clients. They complete a thorough initial assessment of your movement patterns and restrictions in order to personalize a program for your needs. Every 4 weeks, the program is revamped and evolved to keep you striving towards a healthier and stronger you! The space is clean, well stocked with all the strength and conditioning equipment you could want, and safely spaced during these times. It's a joy to be in a gym again instead of feeling restricted to home workouts. I highly recommend working with one of the amazing trainers at BIM! It's worth every penny!

My experience with Balance in Motion has been nothing short of amazing. While I have been a regular gym goer for many years, I have experienced the most progress I’ve ever seen since joining BiM. The facilities have been clean and safe, while the staff is always super knowledgeable. Mike Lam and Ian Nelson specifically go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Overall, keep up the awesome work!
