★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with Tess Kruspe yesterday to treat a stretched MCL. This was my first experience with a physiotherapist and I didn't really know what to expect. Tess was very patient with me and took the time to thoroughly hear about my injury before examining my knee. Then she explained what the problem was in a way that was very easy to understand.
She treated my leg with some movements and massage and then showed me some exercises to do at home and at the gym to help me heal faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiropractic has been part of my quasi-monthly healthcare since the early 80s. Over the years and across 3 provinces I have had a handful of chiropractors. MSK (formerly Bayside) has been my chiropractic home since coming to Vancouver in 1995. When Dr. John took over the clinic I was impressed with his manner and technique. He's the best and I appreciate my regular snap, crackle and pop. On the side, Dr. John also repairs and varnishes wooden coat hangers.

The reception team is so kind and friendly. It’s always a great experience there.

Caring and efficient. I cannot forget to mention that is is also affordable. Next time you think chiropractic, physio or massage, go for this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going here for chiro a few months ago and it’s been incredibly helpful for me. I work from home so my back can definitely have issues if I’m not taking care of it. John was amazing and instantly gave me tips that worked. If you can even go once every few months, I think it would be worth it. I love this place so much that I also signed up for physio here with Andrew and so far it’s been great!
