J	Jun Yuan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the preferred and popular hotels in Vancouver! Most importantly, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed. Very convenient location to a lot of restaurants, supermarket, different kind of stores and transportation! Spacious and comfortable room with fabulous ocean and mountain views! Great service and Excellent Club Lunge with snacks, pops, and delicious meals and breakfast as well! The only comment that I had was the air conditioner was a little bit too noisy! If that could be ameliorated, it would be perfect! Highly recommended. See you next time!
S	SYNTHETIC NCTEEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in November, I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with 2 other guests. The location is extremely convenient to all places of downtown Vancouver, extremely close to all the action and everywhere we wanted to visit. Rooms were clean upon arrival. Due to the pandemic they don’t clean the rooms while you’re away from the hotel, which is understandable, but I just wish we had a bigger garbage. We did a lot of take-out/ordering-in options for meals that we didn’t feel safe eating at restaurants, especially breakfast and late at night. Since we don’t have the rooms cleaned, I felt we generated a TON of trash in the 4 days we were there and had to have garbage sitting in garbage bags on the floor of our room. I feel it would benefit if they maybe had a larger trash can than a standard bedside size. Just at least during the pandemic. My only complaint is that (in the south tower at least) we could hear everyone in the hallways at night, especially the drunk men who were staying down the hall from us. They came in almost every night around 2-3am laughing and banging on the walls. So it wasn’t fun to be woken up by that, considering we could hear everything very clearly. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but just hope your neighbours have some decency and respect.

They provided competitive rates and the hotel and staff were overall excellent. As a nice treat for my husband and I, they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries - a nice touch! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. We rented a one-bedroom suite with executive club access. It was spacious and had amazing views. The executive club access is worth it, as it has all-day access to coffee and snacks, and also includes an excellent breakfast. The staff are fabulous and extremely helpful. In terms of location, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot if you want to access various areas in the city without needing a car. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

Housekeeping did their job really well every day and every staff member was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location in downtown Vancouver, in one of the safer areas. We stayed in the North tower in a spacious room with a nice view. The bed was super comfortable. We got complimentary parking because we’re Marriott Bonvoy members too, which was useful. If you can get a good deal, I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay accommodating. Customer service is the best I've experienced at any four star hotel. The health club is nice. Pool is ample sized and the gym is huge - compared to any other comparable hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
W	Walter Krawec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my family and we loved this hotel. Our standard room was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a large living featuring armchairs and a desk. We were in the north tower and we appreciated the sweeping floor to ceiling views of downtown Vancouver. Hotel location was great with many restaurants and shops just steps away. There is a very convenient Starbucks in the base as well. Service was very pleasant and helpful, and housekeeping was excellent. Our floor was quiet and beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. Bathrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. There was a nice fitness area which is better than average, although the pool and hot tubs are sub par compared to the rest of the place. Harsh lighting and cold water did not make for a great time. However, in general we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton.
G	Gagan Sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with friends for 2 nights recently. While the room was clean, the bathroom was not. The shower smelled like it had never been scrubbed. When you ran the hot water it made the whole bathroom reek of urine. Before heading out for the day we called the front desk explaining the situation and asked it to be cleaned, as well as requested extra towels. We came home late that evening to the room serviced but no extra towels and the bathroom not cleaned - it still smelled horrific. The front desk clearly didn’t communicate with housekeeping. The next day as we checked out I explained to the front desk the situation. While she was empathetic with our situation, she asked if I wanted the manager to contact me. I said yes, I would like a call to talk about out stay. We were friendly and respectful both times we spoke to the front desk. It’s been 4 days and no one has contacted me either by phone or email. Pretty disappointed.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and orderly, housekeeping did a great job each day we were there. Room service was easy to use and the food they delivered was good and came in 20 minutes or less each time. The views from the room were great and our stay was quiet and comfortable. The only complaint I had is that there seemed to be a lot of confusion among the hotel staff on how the late-night room-service actually works. We came back late one night and wanted to get a sandwich from the late-night room service menu, but we had to call several times and get transferred between room service and the front desk. And one time we called, they said they weren't open. But then we called the front desk and got transferred to someone who finally took our order. I'm thinking perhaps there were some untrained staff on site at the time? It was really just a minor annoyance and if I could only deduct half a star, I would. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here. The location is perfect, being central to almost everything, and the parking is easy. I will definitely book here again next time I got to Vancouver.
