★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll pay twice the amount for an oil change here as you would at Dodge. The employees are treated poorly and not paid in accordance with BC Labor Law. I'd recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They brought in some very decent winter tires for an impressive price for my girlfriend and I was impressed. I had gone to check the winter tires (because the price seemed too good to be true lol) before they put them on her truck and everyone there was very friendly and showed no issue with me checking the tires out before hand. The iron man tires they sold her have pretty decent reviews online and I was pleased to see they resemble a Nokian Hakkapeliitta.
I've actually been referring them to others that I know need winter tires. I highly recommend them.

I feel safe and confident with the work they did, especially after they fixed a major problem I've been having for the past year. I took my car to two chain auto-shops during that time and both failed to actually fix the issue, so I'm relieved to finally have it corrected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently leaving Randy's auto service. I asked for an oil change and check the stabilizer link as there was a clunk from my front end. Upon receiving my bill for $187 I looked a little closer. I did not ask for the $4 to top up windshield was as I have a jug in my trunk. I also did not ask for the air filter to be changed for a filter cost of $27. I have changed to air filter when I purched the car 5 months ago. They were "kind enough" to not charge for looking at the noise. But I could have gotten the oil change, which was what I asked for, not air filter, or fluid top up alot cheaper just about anywhere else. If this is their policy I should have been made aware from the beginning. When I mentioned that the bill seemed high I was met with what I feel as aggression. "Well we didn't charge for checking the front end" which was not on the bill, and " well things are expensive in BC". When I said I am just giving my opinion I was told that's what it costs. Unfortunately for me I was not specific just oil change. I know I will be going anywhere else to get my "clunk" fixed. I would like to thank Randy's auto service for my learning experience. There are people out there that run business with no regard for customer care. Greed is not a good trait.

Randy went above and beyond to have her car repaired quickly (she needs it for work), and all I can say is his level of integrity, compassion and trustworthiness was beyond compare.
