I'm not even in PG and he took the time to go through every option and solution for me in detail. Haven't been helped like this anywhere let alone from someone who knows they aren't getting the job because I live elsewhere. Thank you John and A-Tech your knowledge and support is unparalleled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to a couple of other transmission shops in PG before coming across A-Tech. Out of the 3 shops I went to one of them had an issue doing the job due to it being difficult for them, lol. (I will not provide names.) The second shop I went to notified me they had no issue doing the job, but the price was a little high!
And finally, the shop that I decided to go with was...A-Tech!
Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner himself, John. A very down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable guy. I gave him some details as to my issue and he said, “ no problem, we can do that for you “ , without any issues as to how hard the job was! Then he got his receptionist, Joanne, awesome lady, to write me an estimate, and to be honest, the price was better than the other shops I went to!
After getting the job done, I drove the car for a while, before writing this review, to make sure the job was done correctly and no issues arrized.
Long story short : Save time, money and a headache by going to “A-Tech Performance Transmissions!” They did an excellent job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used A Tech Performance Transmissions many times, and always had a good experience until now. Took 2008 Envoy into garage with two issues, one the back brakes needed to be done and there was an issue with headlights and interior lights flickering. I was not informed that All brakes, rotors, calipers, brake shoes, and rear axle seals would be replaced. I was told that the flickering light problem was due to a generator/battery control module cost $259.07. It was replaced and did not solve the problem. I was told that to chase the problem of flickering lights could be costly and well, the vehicle is old. Also told that they always do all brakes. I paid the bill totaling $2539.94
The vehicle was making a terrible noise in the rear, took the vehicle to another garage when making noise (McBride) and they found the noise was caused by left rear rotor rubbing the brake backing plate, mechanic adjusted for proper clearance noise gone, also found both rear axle seals leaking, cost to replace both 267.43. They also checked why lights flashing, replaced alternator and it solved the problem (no big electrical issue) cost $647.88. I paid $2500 originally and then another $915. I was told for the rear axle seals to bring it in (200 km away) and they could fix but would not pay to have someone else do the job.
Don't know why they have deteriorated, but I will not be sending any vehicles their way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know what's the problem but I haven't heard back from this company 2 week from now.
i am scheduled for replacement of my breaks and emergency break since then. but from the time that they had me go back and forth for the appointment which was not my fault that the parts hasn't been arriving and I complained since I was spending $40.00 for the cab to leave and pick up my car, they keep delaying the schedule and never get back to me unlike before, almost everyday, they would like to schedule me for the work.
somehow unprofessional and cant address a simple complain of their clients.
