So when I was helped so promptly it was a breathe of fresh air.
Keep that up guys, you don't even have to try so hard because it's so bad in PG but you do a great job

I started going here after the place where I normally spent thousands of dollars a year with, decided that they couldn't be bothered to open an book to find me the bolt that I needed. That was almost two years ago now, and I haven't been back there. Conversely, NAPA and their staff are great. They don't blow you off, if they don't know they find out. If they don't have it, they order it in, if they can't order it in, they give you the options you need to find it.
Or they step up and go so far beyond that it is humbling. Yesterday I called for a part and they couldn't find it anywhere in their system outside of Europe (a three week wait). Despite that, I decided to go to NAPA anyway, with the broken part. They were able to extract my broken bolt, so that I didn't need a new part after all. Now that folks, is customer service. Thanks Megan, Kathryn and Robert, you're the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an online order for a new exhaust pipe, super easy to find the part specific to my vehicle. After placing the order, forgot the gaskets, I called in to the store and the sales rep was easily able to find the appropriate part without any hassle and add it to my order. Order arrived next day and was ready for pick up at my convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed! A super nice worker (not sure what his name is, but he had a beard and long hair) went above and beyond to help us get the bolts we needed by taking them out of a kit and selling them to us separately so we were able to get home in time for Christmas :) thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Past experiences lead me to stay away from Napa for few years now. Mainly just uptight employees. But now I think they moved to lordco because they have been pretty uptight and prices getting worse. But today I was lazy so I tried the online order ready for pickup thing. The order was not picked although I got notice it was. But w.e. I look past that as I don't really care. The guy who served me was friendly and fast. Helped with the couple small questions I had. Better reliable experience this time. And prices were better than I expected. They will be my go to part store again and Lordco is out.
