Calling me a street person becasue I didnt understand batteries to his "professional "level. Pat was also was very open that decent pricing is for commercial accounts only, who is Dan Bouche? Why you are you talking about him in regards to me? He knew alot about batteries...took me an afternoon to learn his career worth of knowledge. Unless you hate yourself, I'd avoid this place.

Pulled up in Parking lot to purchase a new battery, guy refused to come outside and measure the battery opening on our chipper, even if we sat and waited in the vehicle waited due to covid restrictions. Told us to shop somewhere else. As a fellow business owner, its pretty sad companies sill accept this level of customer service. Would not recommend.
