M	Maria Giesbrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The engine light in my car was on for a couple of weeks already so first I brought my car to Norgate Autobody, where they put a scanner on to check it, but since they couldn’t give me exact and direct information of what was wrong, they referred me to Esslinger Motors, which was awesome of them to do. So I took my car to Esslinger and right away Dan said he could also put a scanner on it and check out what was wrong even when they were already pretty busy. He did that free of charge, and when he reset my car, the engine light went off, but he said if it came back on in the next couple of days I should come back, and he would look further into it. I went back a couple days later because the light came back on, and he said although they were all booked up for the next month he would still sneak my car in since it should be a quick fix. That same day they already fixed my car and I got to pick it up the next day. Great service. Totally recommend ??
A	Axel Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a block heater installed on my 2018 WRX yesterday (Monday 31st) I was initially quoted around 400 dollars said and done. When a friend picked it up for me it came out to $636. That is a 59% deviation. I was not too upset about that until I inspected their work and noticed my battery warmer cable missing. I decided to remove my battery, reluctantly, since that's why I paid someone to work on my car; so I wouldn't have to do anything in the cold. Once removed, I could see the cable to the warmer had been snipped. The warmer was 3 weeks old and cost me $230. I cant understand why they thought it would be appropriate to remove something, especially without my approval. I won't be using Esslinger again.

They were pleasant to deal with and I was happy with how my car was returned to me. They put the car back together properly and that fixed a creak I used to have after the car was parked for 6+ hrs. 6000km/ 6mos on from trans fluid change and still very happy with Esslinger's work.

I came there to fix the simplest problem which was my hood latch that was broken, I told them “even if u can just half latch my hood I would be fine with i”t. For a simple job to just open my hood, they charged me 75$!!!! crazy. Guess what, all they did was make a handle out of my old hood wire to open the hood! First and last time going here!
