Terrible tv reception--lips do't match voice--tv freezes constantly--tv guide not correct most time and often are blank--then you can not scroll through--tv guide states program info unavailable----remote is so small in order to change channels you have to be able to hold an arrow on a small box--then its the luck of the draw if you get the channel you want --or it just randomly picks a station. Could be on the phone with tech services who advertise they are open 24/7 which is not true---I feel like we have been ripped off andcan't wait til my contract is up--although I don't see why I have to honor my contact when they do not supply what we signed up for--worst product I have ever purchased

CE0 was very professional with my complaint when first getting the service going. Other than that, everything has been great. Customer service follows up and does whatever they can to resolve the issue! Their internet service is consistent and the prices are very competitive! I recommend their internet service!

By far the worst communication I have ever experienced through a company. I spent over 2 weeks calling this company to try and solve my internet connection issues. After asking multiple times for them to follow-up with my situation, I didn't receive a single phone call. Not once did they ever reach out to me, I was the one that had to seek contact every single time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The good prices are not worth the extremely poor communication and problem solving skills. Overall a complete waste of my time.

I had some wiring issues in my home that their tech guy tackled in no time. Yolanda at the Prince George location goes above and beyond to deliver customer service second to none. When fire destroyed my home they let me out of my contract after only 2 months. You think Telus would do that? When I returned a month later(for service in the new home) they told me 5-10 business days for my service to be hooked up, I was up and running in a day and a half. I would rate them 6 stars if I could. ABC all the way!!

We live in a rural environment and ABC is lesser of two evils between them and Explornet. We went with ABC as they told us we would get up to 50mbps download and 10mbps upload, unfortunately the fine print was (UP TO). When we contact level one customer service they make it very obvious they are not there to help us and progressing through to level 2 is almost impossible, the only success we had contacting level 2 was contacting the 100 Mile House branch to get a Prince George tech to come to our house. Keep in mind we had been calling for over a year asking them to please fix our internet. After every call the level ones always said "we'll pass it to level two and they will call you back". The only time we ever received a call back was from the 100 Mile House branch we called. We have paid a top tier service of 50mbps download with 1TB data cap per month for an exorbitant fee of almost $300 a month, where in city limits services from other carriers are charging $80 for 300mbps with no data caps. We have on multiple occasions attempted to work the issue out with ABC but their customer services "techs" seem to not have the knowledge to trouble shoot real time issues. We experience for our $300 a month speed variants between 0.01kbps to 47.8mbps rolling in like waves with an actual speed variant that's somewhat consistent 5mbps to 18mbps, at no point has ABC communications contacted me to let me know they haven't fulfilled their end of the contract and charged me less due to lack of service, yet want their bill payed in full at the 9th of every month. We have experienced great movement forward living in a rural area with ABC but with the consumption of ABC to Telus we feel the dark future is upon us with our relationship with ABC communications. With every successful launch of SPACE X Falcon 9 rockets successfully deploying StarLink satellites. we breathe a sigh that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for you and me living in unserviced areas for internet. STARLINK IS COMING!!!!!!
