They are very easy to work with long distance, very accommodating, and their arrangements are always absolutely breathtaking and long lasting. I am so pleased with the service I recieve every year, and will continue to shop with Flowers By The Lake for a long time. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total ripoff. My boyfriend ordered flowers for his mother and grandmother for mother's day (we live in a different province) and they charged a 20$ delivery fee for each order. Not only did they not get delivered on mother's day, they got delivered TWO DAYS LATER. Even though we called and complained there was no apology or refund of delivery fee. If you're ordering flowers you're better off to send them some seeds - they'll get flowers at the same time lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered flowers for valentines day and had my girlfriend pick them up as I was home sick. When she got there they told her they had already been picked up earlier. I had to call in to say that I had not picked them up and they were able to make a new bunch, but they were wilting and did not look healthy which is unacceptable for $70 flowers. I'm glad that they were able to fix the problem and the woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful, however it would not have happened in the first place had they checked the email confirmation of the person picking them up as they stated they would do in the confirmation email.
