T	Terri Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible stay. The walls are paper thin and we were next to what sounded like a room with 4 or 5 kids jumping from bed to bed and screaming. Clearly no adult was in the room with then - I think the adults ditched the kids in one room while they visited in another. In any event, finally after hours of noise I called the front desk to ask them to please attend to the room to ask them to be quiet. Mathew at the front desk was perhaps the most rude individual I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I asked him to call the room and tell them to quiet down and he said "Yeah, I'll get right on that!" and then he slammed the phone down on me. When I called back to get his name I said "What is your name?" and he said "Mathew! What's yours?" and then he hung up again. Often stay overnight in Revelstoke on our way to Alberta. Will never ever stay here again.
D	Dan Buriac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude service desk clerk. Paid $ 240 per night for an average room in an average hotel. Never ever had such a bad experience in a hotel. And I spend about 6 months a year in hotels due to the nature of my work.

L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After checking Expedia for hotels in the city after deciding not to stay at the town nearby we were going to, we decided that the Ramada seemed like a great option and price based on what we saw. Upon going to check in, the guy at the front desk informed me he “could not go that low” on the advertised price, and quoted me an additional $30 for the night. I was going to just book the room on Expedia right there in front of him, but my husband had enough of the guys attitude so we went next door to the Fairfield Inn, where we were promptly checked in at the same price advertised online. No pool here, but the room is AMAZING and the service MUCH better.
T	Tanya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I loved the pool, hot tub and fitness room. It is also really helpful to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There were also laundry facilities, although I didn't need them this time, it is handy to have onsite. Negative: I didn't love that the fan in the washroom is just always on.

The staff was friendly and accomodating helping us work through some last minute challenges. Great services. Special thanks to Dwayne for all his help.

I stayed in a room with a sofa bed which was nice and comfy. Breakfast was ok, only hot food available was just scrambled eggs and sausage that I recall. Did have all the other usual breakfast items though. Would stay again.

Feels like the staff really care for the place. A nice big pool and water slide that’s also fun for adults. Delicious classic breakfast with stunning view of the mountains. We are all very happy with our stay!
