★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was amazing. The location is great, quiet because it’s not right at the town centre but still a walking distance to the town centre.
We were well rested each night because the beds and pillows were so comfortable.
Customer service was amazing - the front desk and housekeeping staff (forgot to get their names unfortunately) during our stay was so friendly.
Breakfast was delicious, some hot foods were offered and a lot of variety was available in terms of pastries/yogurts/cereals. Coffee and tea available 24/7.
Another major pro for us: there were free laundry machines and detergent can be purchased at reception. Such a big help when you’re on a long trip and you don’t want to pack too many clothes.
We will definitely return!

The staff we interacted with, including the Front desk and breakfast host, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and the complimentary breakfast and coffee service is the best we've had anywhere by far. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you.

THE BEST OUTDOOR HOT TUB EVER... do not miss this...amazing views, heat and strong jets! Clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful breakfast included. Sunny dining area. Close to everything. I'll be back for sure!

Room (5/5):
The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice sofa and table, comfortable bed and shower.
The AC/heating system works well too, however a bit noisy.
Location (4/5):
It's a bit outside of the city center (downtown), but they have a shuttle service which is very convenient. There are fast food restaurants around the hotel as well as a Denny's so finding good is not a problem.
Staff/Service (5/5):
Very friendly and helpful.
Overall I had a good stay and would consider if I'm visiting Revelstoke again.
Recommend it for those visiting Revelstoke.
