M	Morgan Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a cute little find! The outside was deceiving however it is very cute inside! Our room is clean there’s a few wear and tear marks but I’m not complaining! The bed is comfy and the front desk staff are super welcoming, and helpful! Would definitely stay again without a doubt and a great price!

They were very accommodating when we needed a late check out and even then didn't rush us one bit when we went over time. I also left my headphones and charger at the room and the staff graciously got my address to send it back via mail! Thank you :)

Yes, this hotel has been in construction, but it looks like they're finishing up. A lot of people stated the exterior needed a refresh... Good news, it has been and it looks great! The customer service/front desk staff are what make this place outstanding! Due to this being a older hotel, the rooms are a little smaller than average (not complaining) and the walls are thin. We could very slightly hear our neighbor snoring. Yes, it was odd... But wasn't a deal breaker by any means and had I mentioned it to the front desk, I'm confident they would have accommodated. The rooms/bathrooms are renovated and are great! Everything was clean and the TV had what every hotel should have... The ability to log into your Netflix. I'd deffinetly return! Thanks
W	Wooditdo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this place deserves a solid 4.5-4.6 star, but no option so take the 5. It's well priced, the staff is very helpful, joyous and accommodating. The hotel is dated but you can see they're really doing their best to modernize it, and it's respectable. It is CLEAN. The television setup is great, Roku style android box, bathrooms are new and bright, the beds are excellent with great pillows, window coverings very dark, and the AC heat pumps work fantastic. Looks like it's a family owned spot and would stay here and support it again in a heartbeat rather than going over to the Super 8. A couple suggestions, piggy backing off another review - maybe add a small bar fridge next to the coffee machine with some creamers? Would be a really nice touch. Also, when the lights start to burn out of the lamps maybe go with a bright white instead of a yellow. Would really brighten up the rooms.
J	John McCall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sketchy looking on the outside, renovated on the inside. Comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. The room had a small fridge but no microwave. Great value. 10 min drive to the ski hill. Restaurants, gas station, grocery store, ski rental, pharmacy all within a few blocks. The room had the noisiest radiator ever made. Overall, the Grizz Hotel was great - We intend to return.
S	ShakeShifter84 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Microwaves, No Cutlery, No Desk, and No Office Chair, however a very Hot Shower is a bonus!. 2 stars because even though the staff were professional and courteous, and the room was clean albeit older, there is NO microwave in ANY of the rooms in this hotel and the bar fridge was half the size of a regular hotel bar fridge. My understanding is the lack of microwaves is due to the owner wanting to encourage people to use the restaurant attached to the hotel. I've stayed at A LOT of hotels 30'ish, many of them with restaurants and guess what they all still had microwaves. And with no office chair or proper desk good luck doing any laptop work comfortably. Bathroom was newly reno'd and looked really nice and if you like super hot showers this might be the hotel for you.

Staff very helpful and Friendly, unfortunately we had a noisy neighbor the one evening witch wasn't a good experience. Walls are super thin, Central location is good if you want to get around town without driving. Building is run down on the outside, but good on the inside.
