Was surprised that I was asked to pay the FULL RETAIL PRICE which was not the cost the store would experience to replace the item(this is not legal I think). Moreover, the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE. He pointed at me in front of other customers and spoke loudly as I did something wrong ( I offered to pay for my mistake didn’t I? ) and never asked me whether I need my receipt or need a bag.
