Just try it for yourself and you ll see results within weeks of professional guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for somewhere to train with a great atmosphere, super supportive staff and members with no judgement - R3 Fitness Studio is the place to go. Set up for personal training and bootcamp classes, R3 has 5 trainers that will work with you to acheive your fitness and health goals.
The studio is set up for weight training, conditioning, stretching and holds bootcamp classes in the morning and evenings Monday to Friday as well as morning and afternoon classes on the weekends.
The staff is friendly, supportive to everyone regardless if you are their client or not.
I have been training with Shawn for a number of years and at R3 with him since they have opened and I love it. It really feels like a little family at R3.
I would recommend R3 to anyone!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bootcamp classes are amazing! The trainers are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone - it has everything you need and I love the fact that it's keeping me away from the 'big gym' environment. Everyone here seems to know each other and it's an overall great vibe. Keep up the good work R3!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started R3 two years ago and have not stopped going! The entire staff is truly amazing! Issa-my trainer has helped me immensely. R3 is a great gym with so much to offer everyone. Their knowledge, kindness and friendliness is beyond words. The entire staff is there to ensure one's success in health and fitness. It is a great team of individuals who come together like a family. The environment is warm, cordial and amiable. R3 is magical!!!
